Legislators discussed revisions concerning administrative procedures, delegation of power, investment policy authority, and the use of public investment, the state budget, official development assistance (ODA), and grants from foreign donors.

"It’s necessary to submit to the Prime Minister plans to monitor public debt, foreign debt, and government debt for projects using ODA and foreign loans. The NA Standing Committee will regulate ODA projects for which the Prime Minister decides the investment policy," said Chairman of the NA’s Finance and Budget Committee Nguyen Duc Hai.
