Russia backs OSCE mission in Ukraine

(VOVworld) – Russia has said that the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) will successfully fulfill its mission in Ukraine and OSCE observers should not access Crimea until Moscow completing annexation of Crimea.

The Russian Foreign Ministry made a statement on Saturday that Russia expects a fair and unbiased work of the international observers will help resolve Ukraine’s internal crisis, stop national extremists, obtain national harmonization, and guarantee the rights on society, politics, language, culture, education, and religion of all people in Ukraine. The statement underlined that OSCE mission will reflect new political and legal developments and will not extend to Crimea and Sevastopol, which have become part of Russia.
