Russia calls for resumption of Israeli-Palestinian talks
(VOVWORLD) - Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday called for a resumption of long-stalled Israeli-Palestinian talks, including on Jerusalem.

He called any step preventing an agreement between Israel and Palestine “destabilizing”. Following his meeting with Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi in Egypt, President Putin stressed the need to reach long-term agreements, in respect for the two sides’ interests and previous decisions of the international community.
