Lavrov said Russia would do everything it can to preserve the Iran nuclear accord.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang said China regrets Iran’s decision to step back from the nuclear deal and blames US President Donald Trump’s policy of "maximum pressure” for Iran’s retaliatory decision. Shuang called for restraint and honoring the JCPOA to avoid further escalation.
