(VOVworld) – The establishment of an Energy Union and tense relations with Russia are high on the agenda of the EU summit scheduled for Thursday and Friday in Brussels, Belgium. EU leaders underlined in particular the need to reduce dependency on fuel and gas imports and to build an affordable, secure and sustainable energy infrastructure within the EU. The conflict in Ukraine and tensions with Russia were key issues at the summit.
