Russia is willing to cooperate with all countries on the basis of international law
(VOVworld)-Russian President Putin told newly accredited ambassadors in Moscow on Wednesday that Russia will cooperate with countries based on international law and the UN Charter.

He pledged to resolve the Syrian crisis by political dialogue and voiced Russia’s support for talks between warring factions. He said Moscow is ready to restart relations with Washington and he would do all he could for bilateral relations returning to stable path.
