Russian President congratulates Vietnam’s Party leader and President on New Year
(VOVWORLD) -Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a telegram to congratulates Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong on the New Year 2019.
President Putin hailed new developments in bilateral relations, especially during the recent visit by the Vietnamese leader to Russia. He hoped that the cross exchanges of events during Russian year in Vietnam and Vietnamese Year in Russia will strengthen bilateral strategic partnership.
