(VOVWORLD) - North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is traveling to Russia by train to attend his first summit with President Vladimir Putin in Vladivostok on Thursday.
Kremlin foreign-policy aide Yuri Ushakov said the two leaders will discuss political and diplomatic efforts to resolve nuclear issues on the Korean peninsula.
High on the agenda will be Russia-North Korea economic cooperation and cooperation for denuclearisation.
