(VOVWORLD) -Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue has asked functional agencies to study salary reform experiences of other countries to work out appropriate solutions for Vietnam.
Mr. Hue, who is also Head of the Central Steering Committee for Salary Reform, told Wednesday’s conference on salary reform and international lessons that salary policy has great impact on people’s income and life, society, and the economy.
He said that it’s necessary to carefully design the reform roadmap to match Vietnam’s situation and ensure social consensus during implementation.
