(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue held a working session with the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) on its restructuring plans on Tuesday.

He said the corporation should apply advanced business administration procedures, improve the qualifications of its staff, and research investments into new scientific and technology products, which have been mastered by Vietnamese scientists and inventors.
