(VOVworld) - The annual Monsoon Music Festival 2016 will take place at Thang Long Royal Citadel in Hanoi in late October.

This year’s festival will feature the participation of several well-known artists in Vietnam and the world, including Diva My Linh, Tung Duong, and renowned German rock band Scorpions.

Themed ‘Transport Culture’, the event aims to raise public awareness of compliance with traffic rules, particularly among young people.

From September, the festival will organize street performances which aim to build the event’s cultural identity, link community spirit, and convey the traffic culture.
