Deputy Head of Real Estate Market and Housing Management Agency under the Ministry of Construction Nguyen Manh Khoi made the remarks at "Vietnam Seaside Tourism Real Estate Forum 2018" held by the TheLEADER magazine on Saturday in Hanoi. Khoi said that in addition to 28 coastal cities and provinces in Vietnam, this sector can expand to other areas as well, creating opportunities for other sectors to grow, including those of labor, finance, and tourism. The forum discusses 3 major topic groups, including: “The taking off of Vietnam’s tourism and impacts on economic development and tourism real estate market” and “The curent state of Vietnam’s seaside tourism real estate”.
