Security forces performed exercises in bomb clearance and hostage free up to tackle off shore terrorists. Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration Nguyen Xuan Sang said: “In the context of complicated terrorist threats in the world, security for boats and vessels coming in and out of sea ports is very important. The drill aims to ensure absolute security for the upcoming APEC Leaders' Week through interdisciplinary cooperation, logistics and tactical combating skills exercises”.
