Deputy Minister of National Defense Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Chi Vinh

Mr. Vinh wished that the newly-accredited ambassadors and consul generals will successfully undertake their tasks, contribute to enhancing Vietnam’s position globally, and strengthen ties between Vietnam and the rest of the world. The Senior Lieutenant General said Vietnam will continue to expand defense cooperation with other countries with priority given to neighboring and ASEAN countries, traditional friends, and world powers, while continuing to establish cooperative mechanisms with new partners for fundamental and long-term political, defense, and security interests of the country.
