Sepang Court transfers Kim Chol case to Shah Alam High Court

(VOVWORLD) - The murder case of North Korean citizen Kim Chol has been transferred to Shah Alam High Court.

Sessions Court Judge Harith Sham Mohamed Yasin, who sat as a magistrate allowed an application by the Prosecution Agency to transfer the case to Shah Alam High Court for trial. No date has been fixed as it will be set  by the High Court. Doan Thi Huong, 28, of Vietnam, and Siti Aisyah, 25, of Indonesia, were charged with the murder of Kim Chol, a 45 year old North Korean, at KL International Airport in February.
