(VOVWORLD) - The Shangri-La Dialogue 2019 concluded in Singapore on Sunday with 3 plenary dialogue sessions focused on China and international security cooperation, prevention of clashes, and promoting a region of self-reliance and stability.
The CEO of the International Institute for Strategic Studies John Chipman said this year’s Dialogue was the best-attended so far, with 44 delegations from 56 countries and territories. It was an opportunity for countries to express their opinions, find a common voice, and secure regional peace and stability.
