With the attendance of 516 delegates representing the 3 million members of the Association, the 3-day event will assess the VWVA’s operation after 28 years of development, review implementation of the goals of the fifth congress, and discuss targets and development plans for 2017-2022. The congress is themed “Developing the tradition of Uncle Ho soldiers, Loyalty – Unity – Model – Innovation; Building a clean and strong association for completing tasks”.
