Delegates called for an inclusive social welfare system with renovated public services in the context of Industry 4.0. Director of the Labor and Social Sciences Institute, Dao Quang Vinh told the event: “Social welfare system should approach human rights in respect of the Constitution. In particular, we need to make sure that individuals have sufficient reserves during working ages and a harmonious combination between policies for children, the elderly and international standards in integration.”
