South Korea hopes North Korea will implement military agreement

(VOVWORLD) - By sending officials back to the inter-Korean liaison office in Kaesong, North Korea is honoring the bilateral military agreement to ease tensions and build trust, South Korea’s military said Monday.

Citing sources in South Korea’s Unification Ministry, South Korean media reported that some North Korean officials also returned to the office Monday. South Korea wants to hold military talks with North Korea this month. Pyongyang has not yet responded to the offer.
