South Korea supplies Vietnam with rice

(VOVWORLD) - 5300 tons of rice, a foreign aid from South Korea, arrived at Cam Ranh seaport in Khanh Hoa province on Saturday.

The rice will be distributed to six Vietnam’s provinces severely affected by natural disasters in 2017 namely Khanh Hoa, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Gia Lai, Kon Tum, and Dak Lak.

The donation is part of the South Korean government’s plan to offer Vietnam 10,000 tons of rice through the ASEAN+3 Emergency Rice Reserve.
