Spanish judge orders arrest of ousted Catalan leaders
(VOVWORLD) - Spanish Supreme Court judge Carmen Lamela on Thursday issued arrest warrants for ousted Catalan leaders accused of rebellion, sedition, and misuse of public funds.

One of the accused, Santi Vila, who stepped down from the Catalan cabinet before a unilateral declaration of independence last Friday, posted a bail of 58,000 USD.
The arrest warrants came after Catalan president Carles Puigdemont fled to Belgium with four associates and ignored an order to appear before the High Court in Madrid.
