State President Truong Tan Sang has paid Tet visits to the Ministry of Defense and some military units. He praised the army’s successful accomplishment of their missions, contributing to safeguarding national sovereignty. Mr. Sang also visited a department of the Ministry of Public Security, where he urged for greater efforts in Party building, personnel training and facility upgrade to cope with new security challenges.
