(VOVworld) - South Sudan’s ambassador to Khartoum Mayan Dot Waal on Friday said the joint border technical committee between the countries would resume its work in mid-September in Khartoum.
Both countries had planned to resume border demarcation negotiations since June but had to postpone due to instability in South Sudan.
Ambassador Mayan said the Joint Political and Security Committee (JPSC) between the two countries will meet to identity their tasks and implement signed security agreements.
