Addressing the inauguration ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung praised Thaco for releasing a new line of locally-made products for domestic consumption and export.

He said: “This is what the government, the Prime Minister, and Vietnamese people have been waiting for. On behalf of the government, I congratulate Thaco’s achievements. The plant’s inauguration is a breakthrough in conquering demanding customers and creating competitive made-in-Vietnam products. I hope Quang Nam will turn out more products like this to boost the local and national economic development.”

On this occasion, Thaco President Tran Ba Duong signed contracts to export more than 1,100 buses.
