In his address, the PM said the government will provide prompt support to help local people stabilize their lives and production after the recent storm. He praised the province’s achievements in new rural development and urged the province to pay more attention to agricultural production, agriculture restructuring in the context of climate change, and strengthen scientific and technological application to agricultural production. The PM also witnessed the signing of a cooperative program on supporting local enterprises between the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Thai Binh Provincial People’s Committee. Also that day, Prime Minister Phuc visited the Monument of War Martyrs in Thai Binh.
