Thai Navy Seals found all 13 safe inside Tham Luang cave in Chiang Rai province. More than 1,000 people have been involved in the search. Narongsak Osottanakorn, the governor of Chiang Rai province, said doctors and nurses have been sent to check the health of the boys and their coach.

Rescuers began their efforts on June 24 soon after their shoes and bicycles were found at the entrance to the cave. International rescue teams, including one from the United States Pacific Command (PACOM) and divers from the UK assisted the Thai navy in search operations.

Tham Luang cave is an adventure tourism spot usually closed during the rainy season, from July to December. Tourists are not permitted to go beyond a 700m limit but rescuers found the soccer team trapped at a position beyond that point.
