(VOVworld) - Members of the National Assembly’s Social Affairs Committee reviewed a government report on the management of the fund to control smoking harms.

They asked for explanation on delayed disbursement of the fund and the role by social organizations in communications against smoking.
They also commented on national target programs and their roles in social economic development and social welfare.
