100 students from around Vietnam started from Hanoi or Can Tho city and toured 11 cities and provinces to attend seminars on creating start-ups and visit local model start-up enterprises. At the closing ceremony, the organising board presented a first prize to the “Atiso” project. Nguyen Thi Thu Van, vice president of the Vietnam Youth Federation, said: “On this tour, participants encounter reality and find out whether their ideas are realizable or not, because a project needs a market in order to succeed. The tour is a way for participants to meet and get support from specialists who understand their goals as well as the economic conditions in each region of Vietnam, so they can suggest solutions geared to each location.”
