Tourist arrivals to Vietnam on the rise
(VOVWORLD) - The General Statistics Office reports that Vietnam welcomed 1.3 million foreign tourists in August, an increase of 11% in comparison with July.

Foreign tourists traveling to Vietnam since the beginning of this year has numbered 10.4 million, 23% higher than last year. The tourism sector has set a target of receiving 15 to 17 million foreign tourists, and serving 80 million domestic travelers this year.
