Trump to heal ties with Russia
(VOVWORLD) - US President Donald Trump has asked Secretary of State Rex Tillerson to ameliorate US- Russia ties and said that he won’t allow the political turmoil around Russia’s alleged intervention in the 2016 US Presidential election to hinder this effort.
Tillerson told reporters during his trip to Wellington, New Zealand, on Tuesday that US – Russia relations are at a nadir and still deteriorating. President Trump has entrusted Tillerson with stabilizing the relationship and gaining Rusian’s trust.

Tillerson didn’t comment on the investigation of Russian hacking or say if the investigation threatens Trump’s administration .
