(VOVworld) - Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree on organizing democratic, fair and transparent local elections on October 25, 2015.
Mr Poroshenko asked local authorities to impose tough measures to ensure social order and security during the election.
Under the decree, the government and local authorities are required to ensure the voting process, stop all vote rigging, and invite international observers to oversee the election on October 25.
