Special envoy for the Organization on Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Martin Sajdik revealed the information on Wednesday.
A representative of the Luhansk People’s Republic, Vladislav Deinego, said members of the group expressed their wish to impose a truce in Donbass before September 1. A representative of the Donetsk People's Republic Denis Pushilin said the negotiation has progressed with many constructive initiatives.
