UN calls for diplomatic solution to Korean Peninsula
(VOVWORLD) - A UN envoy said the current most urgent issue is to reduce tensions on the Korean Peninsula peacefully.

Jeffrey Feltman, the UN’s under-secretary-general for political affairs made the statement on Saturday, after his 5-day visit to Pyongyang. He said a diplomatic solution could be achieved through sincere dialogue. His visit was hoped to create the momentum for UN’s attempts to resolve North Korea’s missile issues.
