(VOVworld) – UN Chief Ban Ki-moon has called on the international community to share the responsibility for resolving the migrant crisis.

While addressing the Argentine Council for International Relations on Monday during his Argentinean visit, Ban said the crisis was worsening uncontrollably so it requires countries to take coordinated action on a global scale and in a responsible manner.

The UN will convene a high-level meeting in September to coordinate improved international responses.
