In another development, China’s Commerce Ministry said Tuesday it is raising anti-dumping tariff rates for some optical fiber products originating in the US, effective Wednesday. The new anti-dumping tariff ranges from 33.3 to 78.2 percent, compared with the 4.7 to 18.6 percent range set in 2011.
