(VOVworld) – Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan has praised Ha Nam province’s achievements in 2013, highlighting its efforts in attracting investment, improving healthcare and education. Mrs. Doan made the remarks while meeting with Ha Nam provincial authorities on Monday.

She urged them to spare no effort to be even more successful in 2014. Ms. Doan visited and presented Tet gifts to those families who had rendered great service to the nation, and former volunteer soldiers who are currently in difficulties in the districts of Ly Nha, Binh Luc, Thanh Liem, and the city of Phu Ly.
