(VOVWORLD) - Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh on Wednesday delivered gifts and 100 scholarships to disadvantaged children in Thua Thien-Hue province to mark the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival.

Thinh also donated 1,500 USD and called for more donations to the SOS Children’s Village in Hue, which, in the past 17 years, has cared for thousands of underprivileged children.
