Vice President presents gifts to students, poor households in Binh Dinh
(VOVWORLD) -Vice State President and Head of Vietnam Children Support Fund, Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh presented gifts to students and poor households in Binh Dinh province.
In Tuy Phuoc District, the Vice President offered milk to 700 primary school pupils and presented scholarships to disadvantaged families in the province.
