(VOVworld)- Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Children’s Support Fund Council presented scholarships to 110 poor pupils in Bac Ninh province on Thursday. Each scholarship is worth 150 USD. Over the past few years, the Fund has raised more than 200 million USD to help 28 million children.
