Vietnam Airlines to add more flights on Vietnam-Malaysia air route for football fans
(VOVWORLD) - National flag carrier Vietnam Airlines will increase the number of flights from Vietnam to Malaysia to serve Vietnamese football fans who want to watch the first leg 2018 AFF Suzuki Cup final match between Vietnam and Malaysia next week.
On the match day next Tuesday, the airline will add between one or two flights from Hanoi, HCM city and Da Nang to Kuala Lumpur, bringing the total number of seats on its Vietnam-Malaysia route to 1,100.
The additional flights which use Airbus A321 aircraft will depart Vietnam in the morning and return in the evening the same day.
Vietnam Airlines has added a total of 3,000 seats on its flights to serve the national team and Vietnamese football fans during the AFF Suzuki Cup 2018 which will run until December 15.
