(VOVworld) - Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong met Chinese National People’s Congress Chairman Zhang Dejiang during his ongoing official visit to China on Friday. The Party leader reiterated the important channel of the Chinese legislature and Vietnamese National Assembly in boosting mutual understanding and political trust. Chairman Zhang pledged to promote bilateral cooperation, especially in business facilitation, people exchanges and economic cooperation.

The same day, Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong met Secretary of the Communist Party of China’s Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, Wang Qishan. Both agreed on the importance of Party building and rectification and considered it vital to socialism building in each country. They agreed to promote cooperation in experience sharing to better combat corruption to improve in-depth cooperation between the two Parties and countries.
