Mr. Hue said Vietnam considers the US one of its leading partners and applauded the US’s continued active role in Asia-Pacific, thus contributing to peace, stability, cooperation, and development in the region.

Ambassador Daniel Kritenbrink said the US wants to step up investment and trade cooperation with Vietnam and US businesses hope to benefit from Vietnam’s economic policy.
