(VOVworld) – Cuba’s Interior Ministry held a meeting on Tuesday to mark the 70^th traditional day of Vietnam’s People Police on August 19^th and Vietnam’s 10^th anniversary of the “All people protect national security” festival. Speaking at the ceremony, Vietnam’s Ambassador to Cuba Duong Minh hailed the friendship, solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Cuba, especially the close cooperation between the two countries’ public security sectors. He expressed his belief that these ties will further grow with the two Parties and governments’ support and determination. Cuba’s Interior Minister, Major General Jose Luis Mesa Delgado reiterated Cuba’s support for Vietnam’s fight for justice. He said he believed that bilateral ties, especially those between the Cuban Interior Ministry and Vietnam’s Ministry of Public Security, will continue to grow.
