(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh inaugurated the first Vietnam Discovery Festival on Saturday as part of his visit to the UK.
The two-day festival was aimed to introduce to British citizens Vietnam’s beautiful landscapes, unique culture, and dynamic economy. The festival, which attracted 25,000 visitors, was part of the Vietnam Discovery Program organized by the Vietnamese embassy in the UK to mark 5 years of the Vietnam-UK strategic partnership and celebrate the 70th anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day.
