Madam Thinh was addressing the opening session of a meeting between Vietnamese and Japanese businesses as part of her visit to Japan on Thursday. She said that Vietnam welcomed and encouraged Japanese investment in Vietnam’s support and manufacturing industries, energy saving and high tech agriculture.
