(VOVworld)- Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai has stressed that  Vietnam hoped to further cooperation with Japan, especially in human resource and infrastructure development. Speaking at a meeting with Governor of Nara Prefecture of Japan, Shogo Arai in Hanoi on Monday, the Deputy Prime Minister said Japan is Vietnam’s leading partner and 3rd largest investor. Hai said the Vietnamese government will create the best conditions for Japanese investors to expand their business and is ready to listen to opinions from Japanese investors including those from Nara to improve the business climate in Vietnam.

During his stay in Vietnam, the Governor of Nara Prefecture visited Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Phu Tho province. He expressed his belief that cooperation between localities will contribute to enhancing mutual understanding and friendship thus furthering the Vietnam-Japan strategic partnership.
