The annual event, now in its seventh year, promotes Vietnam, its people, and particularly, UNESCO-recognized heritage sites.

Submissions in three categories - single images, cover photos, and photo sets - will be accepted from next month until the end of August. This year’s additional themes include the traditional dress of Vietnam’s ethnic groups, photos taken using special technologies, and photos featuring Vietnam Airlines.

The awards ceremony and a display of the top photos will be held in December. The organising board will present 18 prizes worth approximately 14,000 USD.
