(VOVworld) – Senior officials of the Vietnam - Laos - Cambodia Development Triangle have agreed to focus on infrastructure and human resource development and institutional reforms in the medium and long term.

They defined these issues as being key to fostering trilateral economic cooperation towards 2030 at a meeting held in Dak Nong province on Tuesday.
Deputy Foreign Minister of Laos, Thongphane Savanhphet, said: “Laos is working on a project to connect the 3 economies and focuses on transport infrastructure development in the 4 southern provinces to link the provinces of the development triangle. This will facilitate trading and travel for local people.”
