Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia to convene meeting of Front Chiefs in June
(VOVWORLD) -The Vietnam Fatherland Front treasures the relationship with the Solidarity Front for the Development of Cambodia’s Motherland and the Lao Front for National Construction, said Tran Thanh Man, Vice President and Secretary General of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
At a preparatory meeting in Hanoi on Friday, Mr. Man informed delegates of Vietnam’s socio-economic performance in the first 4 months of the year. Participants commented on the draft plan for organizing the 3rd meeting of the Front Chiefs of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia next month in Hanoi and the draft memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the three fronts over the next 4 years. They said the meeting typifies a united voice and action of the three countries’ fronts to nurture their traditional friendship.
