Vietnam looks towards better investment climate

(VOVWORLD) - The Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam, and the Vietnam-Japan Economic Committee organized the second mid-term review of the 6th phase of Japan-Vietnam Joint Initiative in Hanoi on Wednesday.

During the meeting, Vietnamese and Japanese officials agreed to put forth measures and a process to define the minimum wage. In addition to labor and salary matters, they focused on logistics and transportation services, support for small and medium-sized enterprises, and regulations imposed on foreign investors as prescribed in the Investment Law, the Enterprise Law, the Land Law, and other laws related to investment and business.
